As a Telesales Partner, you will drive new customer acquisition through warm‑lead telesales while leading and strengthening strategic partner relationships that fuel acquisition and revenue. You’ll maintain, develop and manage both new and existing partners, ensuring their needs are consistently met and that our channel remains profitable and performance‑led. You’ll keep partner products current, uphold continuous quality assurance, resolve partner‑related issues promptly, and communicate key updates such as go‑live timelines and product changes. You’ll grow the channel by nurturing strong partner engagement, identifying new partnership opportunities, mining existing relationships for value, and ensuring the right products and offers are added to meet business growth targets. If you have the following: A BCom degree Minimum of 5 years experience in partner relationship/account management within telesales or warm‑lead environments Strong analytical and financial acumen Proven negotiation ability and success building high‑value partnerships We’d love to hear from you!
