**Position:** Telesales - Personal Loan (6 Months Renewable Contract) **Contract Details:** - Initial contract period of 6 months, with potential extension to a 12-month renewable contract based on performance. **Employer:** - Reputable Malaysian Bank **Working Location:** - Ang Mo Kio Street 64, Singapore 569083 **Working Hours:** - Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm **Salary Range:** - Basic salary: $1,800 - $2,000 per month - Additional commission based on performance **Job Description:** The Telesales Officer is responsible for outbound sales of the bank’s Fund Transfer and Term Loan products to both existing and prospective customers. The role requires understanding customer financial needs, recommending suitable lending solutions, and driving sales conversion through proactive phone engagement. All activities must comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct outbound telesales calls to promote Fund Transfer and Term Loan products. - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate loan solutions. - Achieve individual sales targets and productivity KPIs. - Follow up on leads, applications, and documentation to ensure timely conversion. - Accurately explain product features, pricing, benefits, and terms & conditions. - Maintain proper records of customer interactions and sales activities. - Ensure adherence to internal policies, compliance standards, and MAS regulations. - Provide professional and courteous customer experience at all times. **Requirements:** - Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or Diploma (Degree preferred). - Prior telesales or sales experience in banking, loans, or financial products is an advantage. - Strong communication and persuasion skills. - Results-driven with a positive and resilient attitude. - Comfortable with outbound calling and meeting sales targets. - Basic understanding of lending products preferred (training will be provided). **What We Offer:** - Basic salary with performance-based incentives. - Structured training and ongoing coaching. - Supportive team environment.
