If so, we want you to join our team as a Telesales Purchasing Executive. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, guiding them through the process of selling their car to us. You’ll call potential customers, promote our service, and generate leads to help our business grow.

EXPERIENCE

  • Telesales Experience: Proven experience in a B2B or B2C sales or telemarketing role is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Results-Driven: A proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Adaptable: The ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

DESIRABLE BUT NOT NECESSARY SKILLS

  • Experience in car buying or automotive industry
  • Experience in appraising cars

Responsibilities
  • Conduct Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential clients to introduce our service and generate interest in selling their vehicle. Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients using CRM software, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
  • Manage Leads: Follow up on inbound inquiries and leads from our marketing channels to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Meet Targets: Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made and appointments booked.
  • Provide Excellent Service: Address customer questions and concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about the current used car market to confidently discuss vehicle values with customers.
