  • English fluency; Arabic language skills preferred.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a confident and results-driven Emirati Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and converting potential prospects into customers, while delivering an excellent client experience over the phone.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote company offerings.
  • Qualify leads and arrange meetings for the sales team.
  • Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and respond to inbound inquiries.
  • Maintain an updated database of client interactions and leads in CRM.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales and call targets.
  • Provide accurate information and respond to customer queries effectively.
