Description

ABOUT THE JOB:

· Keep up with Product Knowledge & promotions.
· Should follow proper calling for calls.
· Identify and research potential clients in the real estate market using databases, online platforms, and referrals.
· Understand the company’s real estate portfolio, including residential, commercial, and investment properties. Stay up-to-date on market trends, pricing, features, and benefits.
· Good Follow-up & Lead management.
· Keep a track of daily/Weekly & monthly Targets.
· Maintain accurate customer information, interactions, and sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Ensure data integrity and manage pipelines effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
· 1-year telesales experience preferably from Real estate experience.
· An excellent command of the language used for business communication (e.g., English).
· Fluency in at least 2 languages.
· Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
· Ability to follow scripts without sounding mechanical.
· Ability to handle being rejected and remain calm and collected.
· An individual who is self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection with resilience.
