Description

We are seeking a driven and persuasive Tele-sales Agent to join our real estate team. The primary responsibility will be to contact prospective clients, qualify leads, and schedule property viewings or meetings for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly yet persuasive phone manner, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls daily.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 6 months of tele-sales or call center experience (real estate background preferred).
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport over the phone.
  • Target-oriented with the ability to handle rejections.
  • Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge.
  • Proficiency in English (Hindi, Arabic or other languages is an advantage).

Responsibilities
