JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are hiring a Tele Caller with Sales Coordination experience to manage customer interactions and assist in sales-related tasks. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, Hindi and Arabic and Malayalam would be a plus. organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be on a Husband Visa.
• Residing close to Muweilah Lulu, Sharjah.
• Prior experience in telecalling or sales coordination is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).

• Manage Incoming Calls from customers
• Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries.
• Coordinate with the sales team to manage leads and follow-ups.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Assist in preparing quotations and handling basic documentation.
• Provide support in day-to-day sales operations.
