As a Telesales and Call Centre Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, providing clear and friendly information about our legal services, qualifying leads, and booking consultations with our solicitors. You will play a key role in maintaining our high standard of client service.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous telesales, call centre, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Confident, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Comfortable using basic IT systems, including CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on incoming enquiries.
  • Provide accurate information about the firm’s legal services.
  • Book appointments for consultations with appropriate legal teams.
  • Maintain and update client databases and call records.
  • Handle inbound calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Achieve daily and weekly call/contact targets.
  • Work collaboratively with solicitors and support staff to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly manner at all times.
