Euro Peoples Consultancy, a leading immigration firm specializing in European work permits and visas, is looking for an experienced Telesales Representative to join our team in Dubai. If you have at least 1 year of experience in telesales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their immigration goals, we want to hear from you!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of telesales experience in an immigration consultancy or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (Additional languages are a plus).
• Good technical knowledge and proficiency in handling CRM software.
• Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
• A proactive and target-driven attitude.

• Contact potential clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp to explain European immigration services.
• Understand client requirements and offer tailored immigration solutions.
• Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and ensure high conversion rates.
• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay updated on immigration policies and processes for European countries.
