JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking a female Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in telesales or a relevant sales field such as credit card sales, immigration services, or telecom products.
Fluency in Punjabi, Hindi, and Tagalog is essential for effectively communicating with a diverse client base.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Gender: Female
• Languages: Must be fluent in Punjabi, Hindi, and Tagalog
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of telesales experience
• Preferred fields: Credit card sales, Immigration sales, Telecom sales
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Proficient in basic computer applications

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services/products.
• Convert leads into sales through effective negotiation and communication.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer inquiries.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Record and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and ensure excellent customer service.
