Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and promote their services to prospective clients. Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions. Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively handling inquiries and converting them into sales. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities using our CRM system. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer queries and concerns promptly. Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for enhancing sales effectiveness. Stay updated on offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate with potential clients. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus. Proven experience in telesales, sales, or customer service roles. Excellent communication and persuasive skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
