This role offers an excellent opportunity to start your career in sales by engaging with potential customers, presenting our services, and achieving sales targets through effective communication over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads and contact lists. Introduce and explain our products and services clearly to customers. Address customer queries and provide accurate information to support sales. Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales outcomes. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine telesales approaches. Continuously improve sales techniques through training and feedback. Recent graduates with a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and resilience in handling customer objections. Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets. Fluency in English is preferred.
