Job Description Communicate with international clients and support them throughout their customer journey Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers Identify business opportunities and support company growth initiatives Follow up with leads and coordinate appointments and consultations Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive client experience Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth operations and client satisfaction Achieve assigned KPIs and sales targets Qualifications A fluent English speaker is a must Fresh graduates to experienced professionals are welcome to apply Previous experience in medical care, healthcare, or customer service is a plus Graduates only Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to build client relationships Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones Egyptians and non-Egyptians with valid work permission are welcome to apply Additional Information Working Conditions: Onsite role Working days: Sunday to Thursday Working hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (US time zone alignment)
