As a Tele-Sales Representative, we’re on the lookout for talented individuals to join our telesales team. This is an incredible opportunity to showcase your sales skillsand grow with the company that values our contribution.

Responsibilities :

• Analyse client requirements and provide assistance and information on services.
• Remain knowledgeable about the service offered.
• Pitch new ideas and approaches to both the service and clients.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products / services.
• Build and maintain relationship with clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic Knowledge of MS Office, and MS Outlook
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Minimum 1+ years of extensive experience working in Sales.
• Ability to work independently, and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently and should be a good team player.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS:

• Strong sales, negotiation, and organizational skills with a demonstrated history of converting leads.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good sales planning skills.
• Results driven with a strong desire to succeed.

  Salary: From AED2,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Telesales: 1 year (Required)
• Customer Service : 1 year (Required)

Ability to Commute:

• Dubai (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Dubai: Relocate before starting work (Required)
• Immediate Joiner preferred
