JOIN OUR TEAM AS A TELE-SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We’re hiring a Tele-Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be essential in driving business growth by converting leads into customers, managing the sales process efficiently, and building strong customer relationships.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year in tele-sales or a similar role.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet sales targets over the phone.
  • Tech Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and phone systems (preferred).
  • Communication: Clear and persuasive communication with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection calmly and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong negotiation and issue-resolution abilities.
  • Education: High school diploma required; a BSc/BA degree is an advantage.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Hindi, English, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, or Malayalam (any two).
