As Telesales Representative you will be part of that mission, you’ll build relationships and influence, converting incoming inquiries into appointments for our high-performing field sales team. No cold calling! You will be the welcoming voice of Stiltz Homelifts and … Convert incoming B2C inquiries to appointments for our field sales team. Work collaboratively with our field-based Sales Surveyors to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads. Build strong relationships with potential customers by actively listening and understanding their needs and challenges that our field sales team can then address. Be a lead generation champion, managing your own telesales call scheduling, you will identify and canvass hidden opportunities within our existing leads database. Complete daily systems report and occasional related business tasks.
