Are you an enthusiastic communicator with a knack for building rapport? If so, we have an exciting Telesales Representative role that offers an opportunity to leverage your B2C sales experience and make a real difference!
At Stiltz Homelifts we’re on a mission to revolutionise home accessibility! We design, manufacture, and install our award winning Stiltz Homelifts, empowering our customers to regain independence and rediscover the joy of movement in their own homes.
As Telesales Representative you will be part of that mission, you’ll build relationships and influence, converting incoming inquiries into appointments for our high-performing field sales team. No cold calling!

  • Convert incoming B2C inquiries to appointments for our field sales team.
  • Work collaboratively with our field-based Sales Surveyors to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers by actively listening and understanding their needs and challenges that our field sales team can then address.
  • Be a lead generation champion, managing your own telesales call scheduling, you will identify and canvass hidden opportunities within our existing leads database.
  • Complete daily systems report and occasional related business tasks.
