TELESALES REPRESENTATIVE – MOBILE SELF STORAGE & REMOVALS

Salary: £27,000 – £32,000 + Commission + Quarterly Bonus
Location: Guildford/Hybrid

We’re now looking for an energetic and motivated Telesales Representative to join our friendly team, selling our mobile self-storage, removals and wider storage solutions. What you’ll be doing:

  • Proactively engaging with inbound and outbound leads to grow sales.
  • Communicating value, handling objections with confidence, and negotiating effectively.
  • Focusing not just on revenue but also profit margins and how sales impact the wider business.
  • Building strong, positive relationships with customers and colleagues across departments.
  • Proactively creating and nurturing relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
  • Maintaining accurate records with excellent attention to detail.

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years’ telesales/sales experience, ideally in a service-led environment.
  • A proven track record in objection handling, negotiation and consultative selling.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven, with a genuine curiosity for business impact.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organised and detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
