REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of telecalling / inside sales experience, preferably in IT infrastructure / cybersecurity / technology sales.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure concepts (servers, networking, cloud, endpoint security, email security, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Ability to engage and influence IT decision-makers over the phone.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller Executive with experience in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients over the phone, introducing our products and services, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, prior experience in telecalling, and a good understanding of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients (IT Managers, IT Directors, CIOs, etc.) and present our cybersecurity and IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Identify client needs and pain points, and position relevant solutions accordingly.
  • Generate qualified leads, set up appointments, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Build and nurture client relationships through professional communication and follow-ups.
  • Stay updated with company offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and business development initiatives.
