• Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, latest trends, and projects.
• Ability to identify client and owner requirements effectively.
• Previous telesales or real estate experience is an advantage.
• Professional, proactive, and target-driven.

• Make outbound calls to generate new leads and business opportunities.
• Call property owners and landlords to generate new listings and secure inventory for sale and rent.
• Follow up with existing and potential clients to maintain strong relationships.
• Understand client needs and preferences to offer suitable property options.
• Provide basic property and project information to leads.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for clients with the sales team.
• Maintain and update client and listing records in the system.
