REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing, preferably in real estate.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and MS Office tools.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

• Make 150–200 outbound calls daily to potential clients.
• Follow up on inquiries generated from campaigns, websites, and portals.
• Schedule property viewings and update CRM system regularly.
• Provide accurate and basic information about properties to clients.
• Maintain and develop client relationships to increase sales opportunities.
