We are actively hiring for a telsales representative in Plymouth, MN! Opportunity that can start as soon as next week! Key Responsibilities Proactively make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers Clearly communicate the value of the company’s services and offerings Build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships Negotiate pricing and terms to meet customer needs while supporting business goals Qualify leads and identify opportunities for the broader sales team Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions Qualifications Previous experience in outbound sales, collections, or customer service roles Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment A positive attitude and a desire to grow professionally Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
