Description

We at Bare Pantry, Kilcoole are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to support our sales efforts in the retail and distribution sector. In this role, you will contact our direct customers to promote and sell our product range, process orders, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
This position is ideal for someone who understands product turnover, retail stock cycles, and customer relationship management in a fast-paced sales environment. The new team member will join our Head Office team to assist in the consistent delivery of our range of products throughout multiples and retail convenience stores in Republic of Ireland.
Known for delivering high quality snacks, nuts and spices to the retail sector, our operation in Kilcoole is now expanding to meet the needs of our ever growing business.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 1+ years experience in a similar role
  • Strong verbal communication, telephone etiquette and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills are a must
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and a methodical work approach
  • Strong administration skills and comfortable making high volume of outbound calls daily
  • Experience with order management systems
  • Customer service focused
  • Excellent English both written & spoken

Responsibilities
  • Become familiar with our entire product range and develop a good level of knowledge
  • Conduct outbound calls to our customers to sell our products, promote new product launches and special offers
  • Receive and process phone orders accurately and efficiently
  • Get to know our customers and their requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers to manage their needs
  • Answer calls & emails dealing with customer questions, queries and orders
  • Respond to sales team queries and issues
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, orders, and customer correspondence and feedback
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with other departments including sales, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure timely information
  • Effectively manage time & prioritise tasks to ensure deadlines are met
