CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Female candidates only
• Experience in telesales/telecalling or outbound sales
• Fluent in English , Arabic Hindi and Tagalog
• Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable handling objections
• Basic computer skills
• Preferred: 2+ years experience in telesales or BPO

ABOUT THE ROLE:

West Avenue Services is seeking a confident and results-driven Female Telesales Executive to join our vibrant team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English , Arabic Hindi and Tagalog and have prior experience in outbound sales, such as credit cards, insurance, or BPO roles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads (data provided)
• Promote products/services to generate interest
• Set appointments for the sales team
• Update CRM and maintain accurate call records
• Follow up and nurture leads consistently
• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
