West Avenue Services LLC is looking for confident, driven, and enthusiastic Female Telesales Executives to join our dynamic team in Dubai. If you have experience in outbound sales (such as credit cards, insurance, or BPO roles) and are fluent in English, Arabic, Hindi, and Tagalog, we want to hear from you!

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Female candidates only
• Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or outbound sales
• Fluency in English, Arabic, Hindi, and Tagalog
• Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality
• Ability to handle objections effectively
• Basic computer proficiency
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in telesales or BPO

• Make outbound calls to potential leads (data provided)
• Promote products/services to generate interest and drive engagement
• Schedule appointments for the sales team
• Maintain and update CRM systems accurately
• Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets
