CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Female candidates only
• Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, or outbound sales roles
• Strong verbal communication skills in both Hindi English , Tagalog.
• Resilience and the ability to handle objections professionally
• Basic computer literacy
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in telesales, BPO, or similar outbound calling roles

ABOUT THE ROLE:

West Avenue Services is seeking a confident and results-driven Female Telesales Executive to join our vibrant team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Hindi and English and have previous experience in outbound sales calls, ideally within sectors such as insurance, credit card sales, or similar.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company
• Present and promote products/services to generate interest
• Schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up
• Maintain detailed records of calls and update the CRM system regularly
• Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through consistent communication
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for calls and appointment setting
