Key accountabilities and decision ownership: Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts with the purpose of selling, cross sell, upsell, and retention. Advise and answer questions about products or the company. Understand customer requirements and close sales to make revenue and reach the targets. Take and process orders in an accurate manner to close the sales. Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales. Perform any additional project, task or activities assigned/delegated by the Line Manager.
