• Minimum 2 years of tele sales experience, preferably in MEP,HVAC, building materials, or related industries.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English.
• Knowledge of HVAC/AC products and services will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems.
• Strong customer service orientation and sales acumen.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
