Tasks Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing Tipstat's AI products and services to generate interest and secure sales appointments. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective telesales campaigns aimed at expanding the company's customer base in the software development industry. Maintain a thorough understanding of Tipstat's offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients. Utilize CRM software to accurately log call details, track sales leads, and follow up with prospects to ensure a seamless sales process. Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets by consistently closing sales and contributing to the overall growth of the company's client portfolio. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years experience in telesales, preferably within the IT or software development industry. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to persuade and build relationships over the phone. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong understanding of AI products and technology trends to effectively communicate product benefits to potential clients.
