Qualifications/knowledge/experience
- Matric
- Minimum four years management of sales staff
- Must have Outbound and Predictive Dialer experience
- 2-3 Years’ Call Centre Team Management Experience Knowledge and Skills
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
- Experience with Report
- Experience managing and directing a sales team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
- Compile reports daily
- Liaise with QA managers to ensure quality standards are met
- Set up calibration when necessary
- Delegate work accordingly to promote efficiency
- Ensure that targets are met
- Attend meeting and facilitate training when necessary
- Monitor the performance of the team
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
- Ongoing training of the sales agents
- Develop your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
