Qualifications/knowledge/experience

  • Matric
  • Minimum four years management of sales staff
  • Must have Outbound and Predictive Dialer experience
  • 2-3 Years’ Call Centre Team Management Experience Knowledge and Skills
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Experience with Report
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
  • Compile reports daily
  • Liaise with QA managers to ensure quality standards are met
  • Set up calibration when necessary
  • Delegate work accordingly to promote efficiency
  • Ensure that targets are met
  • Attend meeting and facilitate training when necessary
  • Monitor the performance of the team
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
  • Ongoing training of the sales agents
  • Develop your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
