Job Description About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Telesales Manager to join our team in Belfast. In this role, you’ll lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of telesales consultants focused on winning new business while also building strong, lasting relationships through account management. Qualifications Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop a team of telesales consultants to achieve and exceed monthly revenue and KPI targets. Drive new customer acquisition through proactive contact strategies. Support consultants in account management, ensuring existing clients receive world-class service and maximising upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Deliver structured coaching, call listening, and regular 1:1s to improve skills, confidence, and results. Analyse performance data to identify opportunities, celebrate success, and address areas for improvement. Create a positive, high-energy team culture that values collaboration, development, and achievement. Ensure compliance and call quality standards are consistently met to deliver exceptional customer experiences. What we’re looking for Proven success as a high-performing Sales Consultant or Sales Manager, ideally in a telesales or B2B environment. Strong background in new business development and account management. Experience managing and motivating remote or office-based sales teams. Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills with high levels of emotional intelligence. Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions that drive performance.
