Responsibilities
  • To deliver a high standard of customers service & product knowledge.
  • To develop, review and maximise customer relationship.
  • To identify, qualify and circulate new business prospects both incoming and outgoing on behalf of the regional account manager.
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods
  • Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
  • Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to care of equipment.
    Essential requirements for the role:
    · Prepared to work extra hours as & when the business demands
    · Confident and outgoing personality is essential
    · Driven, logical thinker with good communication
    · Confident in making outgoing calls to customers
    · Basic technical/computing skills
    Education: Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, or relevant experience.
