REQUIREMENTS:

• Masters degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Valid School Social Worker License in the state of Michigan
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a school setting preferred
• Comfortable using technology and providing services virtually
• Must pass a tech screen to ensure reliable remote setup

• Provide virtual counseling and support services to address students’ social, emotional, and mental health needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop behavioral support plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and help create individualized goals
• Document services and maintain compliance with school district and state regulations
• Support students in developing positive coping skills and social behaviors
