Job Summary We are hiring Fundraising Executives (Telecalling) for our NGO to raise donations and generate support for social welfare projects. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential donors, explaining our NGO’s mission, building trust, and successfully collecting donations through online payment modes. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential donors/supporters from the provided database Explain the NGO’s cause, ongoing projects, and impact in a professional manner Convince donors for one-time / monthly donations Collect donations via online methods (UPI / payment link / bank transfer) Maintain daily calling reports, follow-ups, and donor records Achieve daily/weekly fundraising targets Handle donor queries and objections politely Required Skills Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi/English) Experience in telecalling / telesales / fundraising / lead conversion preferred Good negotiation and follow-up skills Target-oriented and confident personality Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
