The Teller, Pacific Retail is critical to making this happen and will -
Be accountable for meeting customers’ financial transaction needs.
Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to branch performance by identifying unmet customer needs and referring customers to sales team
Drive and significantly enhance our customer service experience by reducing customer waiting time to less than 10 minutes
Improved transaction productivity. Efficient use of terminal. Well organised and keeps essential forms and items at hand.
Evaluate own performance and ensure development plan in place
Role Location: ANZ Cook Islands
Role Type: Permanent / Full time
