Hours of work: Tuesday – Thursday 9.15am – 5.15pm / Friday 9.15am –
5.15pm (7.00pm alternate Friday evenings) Saturday 9.15am – 1.00pm
Salary: Remuneration will be competitive and based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience

RESPONSIBILITIES MEMBER/CUSTOMER RELATIONS
Serve as a direct point of contact for members
Provide a positive image of the organisation in all dealings with members and the general public.
Open accounts for new members and informing them about the range of products and services available
Ensure all members receive excellent service and help with queries, concerns or complaints.
Receive all deposits and loan repayments from members and to disburse all cash and cheque & electronics online payments.
Interact with prospective customers and members to promote the Credit Union and its products/services.
Advise members on the benefits of Loan Protection/Life Savings & Death benefit Insurance
Commitment to both personal and professional development by attending designated & online courses, seminars etc
