Central Bank is currently looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of Teller. The Teller works in a fast-paced, fun environment with opportunities for advancement. Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner. The variety of transactions may be completed via the lobby, drive-thru, night-drop, mail, or ATM. Balance assigned cash drawer and research differences where applicable. Actively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner at all times; even in difficult situations. Recognize customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer. Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services. Perform teller functions in accordance with established bank policies, procedures and regulations. Qualifications Cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred. Basic math skills, PC and typing skills and the ability to count U.S. currency. Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Strong customer relations skills and ability to communicate and work well with employees and customers in a cooperative, positive manner. Look for cross-sell opportunities in a customer-centric manner. Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 20 lbs. **Must be available to work all throughout the year. This is not a seasonal only position.**
