Role and Responsibilities: 1. Cashes checks; accepts deposits and loan payments and safety deposit rent; sells Official Checks; takes check orders; handles returned checks; lets customers in safety deposit box;. 2. Scans works through Branch Capture. 3. Balances vault and ATM; restocks ATM. 4. Opens, balances, and closes the Card Wizard machine. 5. Handles account inquiries and solves customer problems at the first customer contact. 6. Runs coin machine. 7. Has helpful attitude with co-workers and customers. 8. Employee has prompt and regular attendance. 9. Strives to improve the efficiency in his/her work area through cost savings. 10. Performs other duties assigned by supervisor. 11. Completes all training assigned by HR, IT, BSA, Compliance, and supervisor on a timely basis. 12. Follows IT Security Policies and Procedures, including the diligent reporting of phishing emails. Qualifications and Education Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Skills: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Tact and public relations expertise * Proficient with PC, calculator, and Vertex   Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs 6-10 times daily
