Primary Job Description: Teller: Operates a Teller window by providing prompt, efficient and accurate customer service, maintains security of a cash drawer; represents the Bank in a courteous, professional manner alert to customer needs, cross-sells bank products, and refers customers to the appropriate staff. Job Description: CSR: To promote and maintain positive relations with all customers and potential customers; to open new accounts (Checking, Savings, CD’s, IRA’s); to establish a rapport with the customer for cross-selling other bank products; provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks; answers all incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates in a professional and courteous manner. All Planters Bank employees are required to: Be attentive to our customer needs with a welcoming personality. Possess a team oriented attitude with a desire to see success in themselves and others. Maintain a strict standard of confidentiality involving all transactions. Satisfactory Credit Bureau and Background Check Report. Equipment: Computer Software, Ten-Key calculator, Photocopier, Telephone, Fax Machine.
