Description Position Summary: The Teller/Customer Service Representative serves as the face of Grand Savings Bank by providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our customers. This position is responsible for processing routine financial transactions, assisting customers with their accounts, and opening new deposit accounts while promoting the bank’s products and services. Key Responsibilities: Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate service to customers in person, by phone, and through digital channels. Process routine transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing. Open new accounts, including checking, savings, CDs, and IRAs, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with bank policies and regulations. Educate customers about bank products, services, and digital banking tools to help meet their financial needs. Balance cash drawer daily and maintain proper cash levels in accordance with policy. Assist with resolving customer inquiries, discrepancies, and account issues. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all bank security and compliance standards. Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain current product knowledge and compliance awareness. Qualifications: Previous cash-handling and customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable learning new banking systems. Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
