Key Responsibilities:
Receiving and processing customer payments (cash, checks, etc.) for currency exchange, remittances, and other services.
Exchanging various foreign currencies, ensuring accurate conversions based on daily exchange rates.
Maintaining accurate records of all transactions, balancing cash drawers, and preparing daily reports.
Assisting customers with inquiries, providing information about exchange rates and procedures, and resolving any issues or complaints.
Adhering to all company policies, security procedures, and relevant regulations, including AML and KYC policies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• The ability to accurately calculate and manage cash transactions is crucial.
• Providing friendly and efficient service to customers is essential.
• Effectively communicating with customers and colleagues is necessary.
• Knowledge of different currencies and exchange rates is helpful.
• Previous experience in exchange house

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per mont
