We are currently seeking a dynamic Teller Member Service Representative to join our team and help drive our mission forward. About the Role We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Teller to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist members with everyday financial transactions while delivering excellent service and promoting the value of our credit union. What You’ll Do Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other financial transactions Maintain accurate member records and post transactions to accounts Provide information about credit union products a services and direct members to the right departments Balance your cash drawer and daily work with accuracy Cross-sell credit union services that meet member needs Perform general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phones Responsible for complying with all laws, statues, rules and regulations which govern credit unions, including but not limited to all components of the Bank Secrecy Act provisions of the US Patriot Act.
