Job Description HIRING: Teller / Member Service Representative If you are someone who thrives on helping people and takes pride in delivering friendly, accurate and efficient service, this could be a great fit. This role is the face of the branch, providing exceptional service to walk up members while supporting the full Farmers Branch team. What You Will Do You will be responsible for delivering fast, accurate teller transactions and creating a welcoming experience for every member interaction. In addition, you will: • Perform teller transactions at the teller counter • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally • Assist with balancing and replenishing the ATM and cash vault • Support members with Online Banking, Mobile App access, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Bill Pay and other deposit account services • Assist members with lending needs, including receiving loan applications, answering questions and helping close loans • Process address changes, account adjustments and other account maintenance requests • Process check orders and reorders • Maintain the Farmers Branch service totals spreadsheet • Mail daily overdraft letters and repayment plan documents • Scan checks daily for Federal Reserve processing • Provide backup support to the Farmers Branch Teller II and team members at other branches as needed • Complete additional duties as assigned by supervisors This position plays a vital role in supporting both members and internal departments, ensuring smooth daily operations and a consistently high level of service. Qualifications Previous teller experience preferred. Cash handling/balancing experience required.
