We are seeking a detail-oriented and member-focused Teller Supervisor to lead our Teller team! This role is responsible for overseeing daily teller operations, ensuring excellent service, and maintaining compliance with credit union policies and procedures. Duties Include: Supervises and provides support and guidance for the Teller staff. Trains new staff on teller operations. Provides input to Branch Manager regarding employee performance issues. Responsible for fully understanding and explaining compliance with credit union product policies and procedures, as well as all laws impacting savings account and demand deposit disclosures. Responsible for vault, cash machine, coin machine and teller drawer audits. Schedules Teller staffing during daily business hours to ensure a high level of member service. Performs all Teller duties to ensure member satisfaction. Maintains cash drawer on a regularly scheduled basis. Must maintain a positive attitude in leading others. Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent Considerable Teller experience or other related experience in a financial institution or equivalent required. Full understanding of the Credit Union's products required, as well as an understanding of cross selling techniques. Supervisory experience preferred. Must have good people, communications and leadership skills. Must have a record of meeting and, preferably exceeding, sales goals.
Responsibilities
The Teller Supervisor oversees daily teller operations, ensuring excellent service and compliance with credit union policies. They also provide support and guidance to the Teller staff and perform all Teller duties to ensure member satisfaction.
