Description First National Financial Services, DBA First Bank Elk River, is seeking a Teller-Universal Banker at our Anoka location. Hours are 8:15am to 5:15pm, Monday through Friday, and every 4th Saturday from 8:45am to 12pm. This position provides a full range of retail deposit and teller services in person and over the phone while fostering a welcoming environment and building customer loyalty with excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities and projects are also a part of the role. The typical hourly base pay range for this position is $18 to $27. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at time of posting. Previous teller experience Special Requirements: 1. Ability to remain stationary in a restricted workspace on Teller Line for up to 50% of a normal work shift. 2. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand more than 50% of normal work shift, walk, use hands to type, carry, handle and feel objects; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs and more with assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. 3. Proven ability/skills in providing positive service experience to customers/clients Work Environment Position operates in a professional office environment. Role routinely uses standards office equipment such as computers, copy machines, telephones, fax machines, and filing cabinets. Noise level in work environment is usually low to moderate.
