NOV is seeking a Temporary Africa AP Accountant to support our centralized Accounts Payable operations across multiple African countries. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting or finance professional to gain exposure to regional processes in a global organization while contributing to accurate, timely, and compliant AP activities. In this position, you will play a key role in managing centralized AP functions across all JDE-ledgers in Africa. Working closely with Ledger Controllers and other centralized teams, you’ll ensure invoices are processed efficiently, payments are accurate, and financial data meets NOV and statutory standards. What You’ll Do Process and allocate AP invoices daily (JDE/TAP) Ensure correct coding, tax accuracy, and DOA compliance Resolve supplier and in-country queries Process intercompany invoices and prepare weekly payments Assist with supplier reconciliations and month-end reporting Support statutory and tax audit requirements Help maintain internal controls What You Bring Tertiary finance/admin qualification Experience in accounting, admin, or financial analysis Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good analytical and problem-solving ability Able to work independently and meet deadlines Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications Collaborative team player Why Join Us?
