REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, negotiation strategies, commercial principles, and cost analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Collaborate with the planning team to procure parts from suppliers and distributors in alignment with the factory’s production schedule.
• Identify and onboard new suppliers and contract manufacturers to achieve cost targets.
• Negotiate pricing with suppliers and distributors, and analyze planning reports to ensure timely material availability for production.
• Create internal purchase orders (POs) and sales orders to facilitate the delivery of finished goods within the organization.
• Process Goods Receipt Notices (GRNs) upon receipt of parts at the Contract Manufacturer.
• Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely payments to suppliers and distributors, adhering to agreed payment terms.
• Periodically reconcile any discrepancies in parts and sub-assemblies between the factory and the Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) system.
• Develop inventory management strategies to meet organizational goals, minimize excess stock, and manage product end-of-life transitions effectively.
