We’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join the team at our client’s prestigious 2 Rosette-awarded hotel in Wetherby. This is a temporary position with ongoing work, offering a great opportunity to gain experience in a high-end kitchen with an immediate start.

• Preparing and cooking dishes to a 2 Rosette standard across various sections of the kitchen
• Supporting the Sous and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
• Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and food safety compliance (HACCP standards)
• Assisting in the development and execution of seasonal menus
• Managing mise en place and ensuring smooth service during busy periods
• Monitoring stock levels and minimizing food wastage
• Adapting quickly to the kitchen team and environment, maintaining professionalism and teamwork
