TEMPORARY CHEF DE PARTIE – FINE DINING EVENTS | LONDON | £15.12PH ‍

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Chef de Partie to join a series of upmarket events in London, starting mid-June on an ongoing temporary basis.
Location: Central London
Start Date: Mid-June
Schedule: 5 days over 7 | 10–12 hour shifts
Pay: £15.12 per hour
️ Covers: Up to 150 guests per day

REQUIREMENTS:

• Solid experience in Michelin-starred or high Rosette-level kitchens
• Comfortable producing high-quality food for up to 150 covers daily
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cooking techniques
• Positive attitude and ability to follow direction precisely
• Full chef whites and knives
• Eligible to work in the UK

You’ll be working alongside a high-performing brigade, delivering refined and consistent fine dining dishes. The role requires a confident CDP with excellent organisation, precision, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen.
