ABOUT THE CHEF DE PARTIE POSITION – TEMPORARY KITCHEN ROLE IN BOSTON

• Prepare, cook, and present traditional Italian dishes to a high standard, following the restaurant’s authentic recipes.
• Support senior chefs during busy services, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency at all times.
• Manage your own section, from mise en place to service, maintaining impeccable kitchen hygiene and food safety.
• Assist with stock rotation, labeling, and minimizing food waste according to industry best practices.
• Work collaboratively as part of a professional, team-oriented kitchen environment.
